Privacy note
Effective August 8, 2026 · Pilot version
Glimset helps people create nail-design cards and request pilot access. This note explains the information collected through the pilot request form.
What we collect
- An adult or parent/guardian email address.
- A city or postal-code prefix and service preference.
- Confirmation that the requester is an adult or parent/guardian.
- Optional consent for Glimset updates and pilot invitations.
- Limited anti-abuse information used to rate-limit the request form.
What we do not collect through this form
We do not ask a child to enter contact details. The form does not upload a photo, a payment method, or the full visual design card.
How we use information
We use pilot requests to assess launch demand, review potential salon or private-service coverage, and contact you about your request. Marketing messages are sent only when you opt in. We do not sell pilot-request data or send it to a salon unless you separately agree to a specific introduction.
Children and families
Glimset’s pilot request path is for adults and parents/guardians. Any future account, cloud-save, photo, sharing, or booking feature for a child will require an age-appropriate parent-controlled flow before launch.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your pilot request, or withdraw optional marketing consent by contacting hello@glimset.com. Before public launch, Glimset will also publish the final retention schedule for these requests.
This pilot note must be updated with Glimset’s final retention schedule and applicable legal review before paid promotion or broad public collection.
